NEOM Green Hydrogen Company is a joint venture between ACWA Power, Air Products and NEOM, which is building the world's largest green hydrogen plant to produce green ammonia at scale by 2026.
The project, worth a total of US$8.4 billion, is being financed with US$6.1 billion in non-recourse financing from 23 local, regional and international banks and financial institutions. An exclusive purchase agreement for all green ammonia produced has also been secured for 30 years.
