Internal combustion engines powered by gasoline are still the basis of mobility worldwide, but growing concerns about emissions are forcing a rethinking of fuels. A recent study by the Higher Institute of Engineering of Porto, which analyzed the combustion of hydrogen and gasoline mixtures, seeks to assess whether the addition of hydrogen can make the use of these engines less polluting.
The research examines parameters such as flame temperature, energy released, and emissions, offering a technical overview that could influence the future of hybrid mobility.
