With increasingly strategic themes for different sectors of the economy, HYDROGEN EXPO South America 2025 and CARBON CAPTURE EXPO South America are coming together to bring a robust program, high-level networking and the main technologies focused on the energy transition. The two events will take place simultaneously on June 11 and 12, at Expo Mag, in Rio de Janeiro, bringing together experts, companies and institutions that are leading the transformation of the energy sector in Brazil and worldwide.
More than a technological showcase, the two events promote an environment conducive to networking, knowledge updating and business generation. During the two days, visitors will have free access to the fair, will be able to participate in technical seminars with industry experts, learn about innovative solutions directly from those who develop them and interact with professionals from all over Brazil and abroad. A VIP cocktail party will be held on the first day, providing an exclusive environment for connecting the main names in the hydrogen and carbon capture value chain.
It is a unique opportunity for those who want to update themselves, establish partnerships and closely follow the directions of the energy transition. "HYDROGEN EXPO and CARBON CAPTURE EXPO are meeting points for those who want to update themselves, make strategic connections and open doors to new partnerships. The environment is conducive to conversations that generate business and move the sector forward", Ansgar Pinkowski, technical curator of the event.

Free entry to the exhibition
During the two-day event, access to the exhibition area will be free, subject to registration on the official website: https://hydrogenexpo.com.br/seminarios-tecnicos-gratuitos/. The conferences, in turn, require paid registration and offer exclusive access to the technical program with industry experts.
Two events in one
The two parallel events – HYDROGEN EXPO South America and CARBON CAPTURE EXPO South America – have already established themselves as references in the sector, attracting exhibitors and visitors interested in the latest hydrogen and carbon capture technologies. HYDROGEN EXPO will address trends in the hydrogen market and the sustainable energy transition, while CARBON CAPTURE EXPO will discuss decarbonization routes through carbon capture and storage technologies.
Around 2,500 visitors and exhibitors from 18 industry sectors are expected to attend, including engineering, technology suppliers, oil and gas, energy producers and suppliers, academia and universities, government, transport and logistics, hydrogen manufacturers and others. Among the solutions on display, visitors will be able to learn about electrolysers, compressors, heat exchangers, sealing systems, hydraulic equipment, environmental licensing, valves and components, pumps, certifiers, tools, industrial gases, high-pressure equipment and generators.

Hydrogen Conferences
With the theme "The current hydrogen market in Brazil and worldwide: find out where we are and what the future prospects are for the sector", the HYDROGEN EXPO conferences will bring together industry leaders to discuss the progress of public policies, new technologies and Brazil's strategic positioning in the global hydrogen scenario. Among the highlights of the program, Timo Bollerhey, CEO of HINTCO, responsible for the green hydrogen auction (H2V) of the H2Global program, one of the main international initiatives to promote the hydrogen market, has confirmed his participation.
The "Fuels of the Future" panel will discuss the opportunities of biomethane and eMethanol for the maritime sector, including the development of SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), bringing together key players in the sustainable fuel chain. The program also includes the Industry panel, where hydrogen production projects in Brazil will be presented, demonstrating the concrete progress of this technology in the country. The full agenda is available at https://hydrogenexpo.com.br/hydrogen-conferences/
CCS Tech Summit
In parallel with HYDROGEN EXPO, the CCS Tech Summit will bring together experts in carbon capture and storage technologies. During the two-day event, technical panels will address topics such as regulation, certification, infrastructure and investments.
The meeting will feature the participation of confirmed names such as Isabela Morbach and Nathália Weber (CCS Brazil), Raphael Moura (ANP) and representatives of the Global CCS Institute, including Jarad Daniels, Poh Lee Guan and Ian Havercroft. The panel will address regulatory challenges, governance, low-carbon hubs and the articulation between industry, government and international entities to make large-scale carbon capture and storage projects viable. The full schedule is available at https://carboncaptureexpo.com.br/programacao/

Econfirmed exhibitors
In addition to the extensive content program, several exhibitors will present innovative solutions during the fair. Metalinox Cogne Brasil, a subsidiary of the Cogne/Walsin Group, the world's third largest producer of Special Stainless Steels and Seamless Pipes, will present exclusive materials for use in the production and transportation of Hydrogen and Ammonia, specifically developed to withstand high pressures and low temperatures.
Guofuhee, a global leader in integrated solutions for the hydrogen energy industry, will highlight its technologies for the production, storage, transportation and use of hydrogen, in addition to its new Alkaline Electrolysis Training Center at SENAI Indaiatuba (SP) and strategic initiatives for green hydrogen projects in the Brazilian Northeast.
Gascat will present a holographic presentation of "Hidrogenesis", its monobloc system developed for hydrogen generation, compression and purification processes, which stands out for its modularity and efficiency in various stages of the sector's value chain.
PRF will showcase hydrogen infrastructure solutions, including portable refueling stations (HRS DRHYVE), natural gas blending systems (MIXEO) and high-pressure storage (HYKE), as well as technologies for hydrogen production, compression, transfer and control, reinforcing its global presence in the sector chain.
This technological diversity and the breadth of solutions that will be on display on June 11 and 12 reflect the relevance of the two events as strategic platforms to drive innovation, foster partnerships and accelerate the implementation of hydrogen and carbon capture projects. Professionals from across the value chain will have the opportunity to learn first-hand about advances that are shaping the future of the energy transition.
